I bought these because of the Consumer Reports review. It took about 10 seconds to replace the blades on my Tacoma. The Passat took more time simply because the hook/loop on the wiper arm is small and required the smaller insert which comes with the blade. Be patient, be firm, and the insert will snap into place. Amazon had the best price. These are the best wiper blades I've ever seen.

I bought these wipers because i was tired of buying the traditional style ones that would streak after just a few months on the job. These blades were very easy to install and work great. There's a night and day difference between these and my old wiper. I'm now able to drive down the highway without the bladed being lifted off the windshield. Great Job Rain-X!

I bought these this summer when I had the cash, knew I had to replace my old ones soon. I put them on in October and they dealt with the rain great. The real test though came on Dec 5, 2009 when I made the 3 plus hour drive in a snow storm to visit the family. No icy build up that has happened before and they kept the windshield very clean. Definitely woiuld recomend them and will get another set when these wear out. They work great on my Tacoma.

I purchased these for a 2004 Passat GLS 4Motion, and I had them put on (FREE) at Pep Boys during an oil change. I thought my other wipers worked fine, but they were due to be changed. I was AMAZED by the difference. I have never had wipers leave the a windshield so spotless and dry and easy to see out of. MUCH safer driving in rain w/ these. Perfect fit against windshield & no weird noises as some other reviews indicate. These really are SUPER SPECIAL!
